Bastille Day Festival 2017

This year was a huge event in new premises at the old Melbourne Meat Market. The crowd that came (braving the cold) was amazing and the ambiance in this venue was magical. French food, design, travel combined with lectures and talks made it a special event for all. To add to this, pass the garden and in the stable was La Galerie 17, representing 5 French artists!






I was thrilled to be able to present my work in this large warehouse and perfect as a gallery space.
Tall ceilings and white walls with natural light coming through was the perfect combination to present art!

Oceans

Oceans is a 2009 film by Jacques Perrin and Jacques Cluzaud, narrated by the handsome Pierce Brosnan. Although you can only hear him. It took 4 years to film all the material needed to make 'Oceans'. Watching this documentary is music to our ears and a total and absolute pleasure to watch. I highly recommend it for all young and older public. Below are some exerts of the commentary read by Pierce Brosnan. A little bit at a time new forms of life ripple the waters of the world, spreading and multiplying adapting and evolving Pollution runs out of rivers spilling (as can be seen by satellite) We have littered the oceans with hundreds of thousands of trash spilling poison around. Dismantling

There it is the dismantling of a 3 weeks show and we are please and feel that the exhibition Regurgitate. It certainly allowed people to enter our realm of interest, in pausing, for a moment, their thoughts to things they may not have seen, thought of ... or were indifferent to All plastic items in the show were found on the beach Human indifference is the worse thing that can happen and in a way that is  where we have come to in this super fast world The oceans are polluted by our plastic and consumer waste that will never disappear .... until.....  we take responsibility in  create recycling plants through out the world but first thing first,  How about in Australia!!! We need to use less plastic and replace it with items that are made of metal or glass  and that are recyclable  Painting on canvas behind mobile of purified bottles utilised by drug addicts Spoons and lids from drink pop-up bottles And the more responsible thing to do, would be
